Beth Saunders

Beth Saunders, Founder, brings over 20 years of successful swimming experience in the ocean and pool to her clients. Swimming since age 7, Beth’s love for swimming is evident and she inspires others to swim by crafting swim coaching and lessons unique to each individual’s needs. Teaching all four strokes and techniques to children and adults, triathletes and open water swimmers, Beth’s knowledge and teaching/coaching can only be described as top in her field. Beth continues to work out and participate in swim events, but her real passion is inspiring and encouraging others to swim!

San Diego International Triathlon 2024 - first place female overall sprint swim 500 m, bike 12 miles

San Diego Spring Sprint Triathlon 2024 - third place female overall

Solana Beach Triathlon 2024 - first place age group, 2nd place female overall aqua bike, 500 m swim, 9 mile bike
